You must give your subscribers what option they want to take. To help you make your job easier in this part, you should set up an auto responder to your subscription email. Auto responder works by allowing you to create a personalized message that will be automatically generated and sent to your subscribers included on your list to let them know that your received a message. Your acknowledgment email should start like this: "Thank you for subscribing to our weekly newsletter". A record for all subscription requests should be kept even if they were from a year ago.

2.) Developing and Establishing Credibility and relationship by Giving Your Subscribers Free Information - To develop trust between you and your customers, you should highlight how you have helped past clients establish their business to show what you can do to your new subscribers.

3.) Give Your Users the Option to Subscribe Anytime - Including an opt-out link at the bottom of the page in every email message you sent to your subscribers is a must. A clear instructions and on how to opt out for future mailings should be provided. This is to prevent future dispute from your subscribers that wants to be removed from your lists. If you won't include opt-out link, then you are at risk for future complaints that could ruin your online reputation.

Remember that ISP's observe the email volume that you send out and the failure rates as well. If the email volume and the failure rates are very high, this means that ISP's could take you as a spammer and could block your emails from all your domains.
