How to Create Winning High-End Coaching Programs

There are many different ways to make money in the World Wide Web today. One of the most lucrative is offering coaching programs and other information based products like seminars and training programs. It's for people who have the needed expertise (and have the evidence to prove it), first-hand experience, and exposure.

If you're somebody who's got all that, I suggest that you don't spend all of your time writing and selling ebooks. Be bold and be more aggressive in earning more money by offering high-end coaching programs that can sell up to $1,500 per client. As long as you've got the knowledge and skills, creating award-winning programs will become easy. Here's what you need to do:

Goal setting. Start by setting the goal of your programs. Make them specific and measurable. For example, instead of saying "help my clients earn money online" you can say "help my clients learn how to drive traffic to their website during the first month" or "help my clients learn the ropes of SEO during the first couple of weeks." It's important that they're realistic so you will not set your clients to disappointment.

Interview your clients. Do not assume that you know exactly what these people need. Although you surely have an idea as to what they would like to achieve, I'm sure you don't know their specific needs and demands unless you interview them. So, make use of the first coaching session to talk about their needs. Then, adjust the short term goals of the program to suit their demands. After that, you can talk about your plans of actions and expectations.

Design your high-end coaching programs. As you're charging your clients thousands of dollars, sending them email wouldn't cut it. You need to do more than that to ensure that they'll get the kind of assistance and information they need. Here's an idea on how you can conduct your programs:

Weekly one-hour private sessions

Monthly development quizzes/hands-on practice

Subscription to your weekly newsletters designed for your paying customers

A direct line that your clients can call should they have urgent issues.

Try it out. If it's your first time to create and offer high-end coaching programs, I'd recommend getting an expert to help you assess its effectiveness. Do a dry run and get as much feedback, comments, and suggestions as possible. Take each one seriously and find ways on how you can improve your programs even more before you even think about offering them to your potential clients.

Adjust your programs if needed and tailor-fit them to the specific needs and demands of EACH of your customers. This may mean giving them more private coaching sessions, being there for them more often, repacking the elements you're going to use, etc. It's important that you commit yourself to making sure that they'll get exactly what they paid for to make them extremely happy. If you do that, they'll come back and promote your programs to all the people they know.
