How To Develop Content When You Are Extremely Busy

Two Simple Methods To Create Content On Busy Days

Two Simple Methods To Create Content On Busy Days

If you do any kind of marketing at all on the Internet, whether you're an affiliate marketer, in an MLM, in direct sales, a coach or trainer...it doesn't matter. The name of the game is content!!

We all know that getting as much good quality, value-rich and RELEVANT content out there as we can is CRITICAL. But what happens on those days, when you might be in a time crunch for whatever reason, or circumstances are working against you... like you don't have access to the Internet for a while or your computer is acting up because it's got a virus, you just found out that your child's ball game was rescheduled to TONIGHT or whatever the case may be... What then?

What do you do in a case like that when you're in a real time crunch to get a piece of content out? Here are two simple things you can do.

First of all, you can re-purpose your content. By that, I mean you can take a video and turn it into an audio, then turn around and transcribe it into a written article. You can do this in any order you'd like... the point is to take a single piece of piece of content, use it in different formats and you're able to use it multiple times.

Secondly, you can focus... at least partially... on making sure your content is "Evergreen." For example, instead of creating content about the hot new trend, new app or whatever... be advised that information has its place, too...be sure to focus some of your content on things like principles, basic concepts or the fundamentals of your area of interest. Focus on things that will ALWAYS interest your audience. Information that will always be relevant. That makes it Evergreen.

When you do that, on those crunch days, you can go through your "old" stuff, repost it and say something like, "Wow! I just ran across this that I wrote/recorded (X amount of time ago) and it struck me how important it still is."

So you haven't had to re-write or re-record but you've been able to put your content out there in front of people again because it's evergreen. NOTE: This works when you have a library of content to pull from, so if you don't have a lot yet, just keep producing... and you will!

There you have it.

Two simple ways that you can get a piece of content out there on those days when the clock seems to be your enemy and you have more on your To-Do list than you really have time to accomplish.
